I lost my remote and didn't want to fork out close to a hundred for a quick replacement via JB Hifi, and instead opted for this.
I did have some concerns regarding the tracking, but was given the appropriate info and tracking details when I contacted support.
It worked out the box, didn't feel like it'd break apart in my hand. and still works without issue.
Buttons are a little clicky, but that's a preference.
I definitely recommend it if you're in a pinch or without other options.
