Little disappointed as the remote is temperamental sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t maybe it’s a loose while I’m not sure

The remote has the same fault as the one we replaced. The red on off button is faulty sometimes it works but most of the time it’s stuck down and won’t work. Could you please send a new one. Our phone number is [****] to discuss the situation.

So sorry for this issue, in order to save your time and money, what about you just pay $7.99 AUD for the shipping fee, and we will resend you a new replacement remote, you don't need to return the remote to us? Would you please pay the postage $7.99 AUD to our paypal account tomgadget@hotmail.com and advsie me of the transaction id after you finish the payment.
The remote is…fine. It has not been able to register with our LG tv as it’s not an official LG remote. Thus, we get an annoying pop up reminder every time we turn the TV on. The buttons are a bit fiddly and often have to be pressed several times before they work. You get what you pay for.
